Mit einem Bissen in Thailand<\/h2>\n

Auf der Lieblingsessenskala kommt bei mir nach der Orientalischen K\u00fcche gleich die Asiatische. Wenn ich in Thailand bin, esse ich schon zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck Reissuppe, nach dem Tauchen Curry oder Nudelsuppe und vermisse weder Brot noch K\u00e4se noch Hummus. Die Asiatische K\u00fcche ist abwechslungsreich und leicht, scharf und salzig. Mag ich.<\/p>\n

Tom Yam Gung – scharf und sauer<\/h2>\n

Eines meiner Lieblingsgerichte ist eben diese\u00a0Tom Yam Suppe. Meist wird sie mit Crevetten zubereitet. Krustentiere esse ich meist nur am Meer, aber ab und zu g\u00f6nn ich uns auch mal ein bisschen Fernweh im Suppenteller mit Bio-Crevetten. Wer die Suppe ohne Fertigpaste aus dem Thai-Laden machen m\u00f6chte, sollte einfach etwas Zeit einberechnen.<\/p>\n
